We offer group health coaching to provide you a supportive community while you work to lose weight, regain energy, and learn how to feed yourself and your family healthy meals. In the group setting, you will be able to share your own struggles and triumphs, engage in open discussion about dietary theories, and experience a safe, judgement-free place where it’s ok to make mistakes. Group health coaching is ideal for you if you are ready to take your health seriously with a group of like-minded people.
One-on-one health coaching is an option for anyone who wants more individualized coaching. Like the group health coaching program, the one-on-one program will provide you support while you learn how to make your health a priority. Soul.Body.Food one-on-one health coaching will provide you with recommendations for dietary and lifestyle changes that are you unique to you. We recognize that change doesn’t happen overnight, and we don’t expect you to reach your health goals instantaneously. Instead, your healthy changes will occur gradually over the course of the six months. Each lifestyle change will build on the last one, so that you develop good, life-long habits while you are dropping the habits that no longer serve you. It won’t always be easy, but it will be worth it, and by implementing changes slowly, you will be able to achieve the results you want!
Who Health Coaching is for:
